She loves her baths!

She gets all loungey in there. And it is so funny to see how small she is compared to a regular-sized washcloth.

And then post bath, we wrap her up in her snuggly towel, and give her a massage with lavender lotion and put her to bed! I'd like the whole ritual if I were here too!

Breakfast System

Check out our new system -- Skadi gets to have brunch with us, and sit in the middle of all the action! She loves that Bumpo (the pink thing helping her sit up). We eventually took her out of it and put her in her car seat during this breakfast, b/c she fell asleep while sitting there. She was all slumped over, sleeping with her thumb in her mouth.

They sure do love each other

Mike is good at putting Skadi to bed. They adore each other, as you can clearly see from the photie.

She definitely found her thumb!!!

I'm sort of worried she'll lose weight now, because she is more interested in sucking her thumb than eating! We have to pry it out of her mouth to get her to eat.

The Hats of Skadi

Everyone knows we take Skadi out, rain, sleet, snow or shine. So we've been given lots of hats to keep her warm.

We've used them all, and we love them all!!! Skadi got a little tired of trying them on though, as you can tell from the progression of photos.

Skadi's sitting keeps getting better and better. And she's getting happier about it too.

She's also very happy to be in daddy's arms.

Skadi, looking like a pumpkin. I know the hat is more appropriate for the fall, but at the rate she's growing, the hat will be tiny by then.

Skadi is making headway with her sitting up. She still falls over every now and again, but we help her with her sitting.

These photos were taken on the Harstad family trip to Park City, Utah. Skadi loves her cousin Tae!!! And she's pretty happy with baths as well.

Shhhh.....quiet! Little one is sleeping. It appears as though she is having a contented time of it. Nighty night!
